These custom raccoon character illustrations create unique branding for Summer Camps at the Urban Ecology Center. The organization has lot of incredible photos of camps in action, but so does every other summer camp site where kids spend time outside. The raccoon character was chosen because it is often found in urban areas and has a sense of fun and mischief about it. Another advantage of using an animal character rather than photos is that we can portray the fun and adventure of camps without potential campers having to think about whether or not they look like the kids in the photo.

Each year the environmental education team is consulted and we choose the activity that the raccoon will be doing in the illustration. We focus on activities that are fun and are likely to be common among the variety of camps offered.
